This article will show you how your customers will purchase an online gift card/voucher.

Before you can sell Gift Cards online, you'll need to make sure you have them enabled in your Phorest system. Check out this guide to see how to get started.

Once you've enabled Online Gift Cards, a new Buy a Gift Card/Voucher button will be added to your normal online booking page.

How it Works For Your Clients
Your clients will be brought to the following screen where they can choose to send the gift card to themselves:
Or Send to someone else:
Note: The coloring on these screens is based on the Brand color you have set under Manager > Settings > Online > Brand color.
Once they've entered their information, they'll be brought to a Summary page to confirm their details.
Once confirmed, they'll be prompted to enter their payment details.
Once payment details have been entered, they'll get a confirmation of the purchase:
Note: The maximum gift card amount a client can purchase at any one time is $/€/£1000. This is set by our payments processor partner.
They'll receive an email receipt:
And the recipient of the Gift Card will also receive an email notification:
Note: The coloring in the email notification is based on the Brand color you have set under Manager > Settings > Online > Brand color.
How it Works For You
The sale will appear in your Phorest system under Manager > Sales and will be attached to the purchasing client card. It will also appear under Manager > Gift Cards/Vouchers.
You will also receive an email notification to say you have sold a Gift Card online
