How can I limit how far in advance bookings can be made online?

This article will explain how to limit the number of weeks in advance that appointments can be booked online.

Enabling the Setting

Go to ManagerSettings > Online > Booking Rules.

Change the Limit availability in the future setting to Yes.

Next, set how far in advance clients can book an appointment.

The minimum duration you can set is 4 weeks.

Click Save to finish.


How Does it Work?

Once enabled, your online booking calendar will show no availability beyond the number of weeks you have set.

Instead, a note will be displayed advising clients to call you to enquire about your availability.
